A unique Polaroid print from the 20×24 Polaroid Camera (1 of 6 in existence)

The Gay and Lesbian couples project came from a desire to do a series of artworks that held both personal and political meaning. Over the years, Gay and Lesbian teachers and friends have had an enormous positive influence on my life. This has made addressing homophobia an important issue to me. These photographs are meant to be a celebration of the couples and their relationships.

These photographs were taken with the 20×24 inch Polaroid camera, which produces amazing detail and lushness as the negative is the same size as the final print. Each print is a one of kind original produced within the camera itself.
